Red Dead 2 Legendary Panther
Did you at least encounter the question mark for the clues you need to find? Also, the legendary is not in the same identify as the regular panther.Legendary animals don't popular until you observe three clues.

Alright, let me end you lot right in that location. I take hunted and killed every single legendary animal in this game already, likewise as completed the legendary fish quest.
I know how to hunt legendary animals. I'thou telling you, when I went to the legendary panther location, the notification for his hunting grounds did non announced, and then of class I didn't go the inkling question marks. He straight up won't spawn.
It seems like the trigger for completing chief hunter 9 broke. And so I'm probably going to have to utilise a save editor to forcefulness number 9 to uncompleted again and redo it and it might solve the problem. Pretty annoying.

If there's a 'Tourist' in his spawn area - he won't spawn.

... and, of course, If you're in Harry Fen - you're in the incorrect place (seems to exist quite a trend for googles to come up with folks existence eaten by the wrong panther. AT Least get eaten past the right one..lol).

On another note, I literally saw a thread where a guy didn't know the deviation betwixt a cougar and a panther, killed a cougar, and didn't empathise why he couldn't unlock panther in the compendium, he was so enraged and confused, probably because Juanitta told him they were the same thing "according to google" lmao.

I know well plenty to know afterward killing every other legendary creature in the game that if yous're in the place you lot're supposed to be to hunt them and that notification doesn't appear, information technology means they're non gonna spawn. I had to reset challenge number nine with a save editor and I'chiliad gonna effort it again and perhaps the trigger won't intermission this time.
I only wanted to see if anyone else e'er had this bug happen to them. No demand to get so uppity.

Funny, I just killed the Florida Panther. Just no fr Gigachad cat only didn't wanna spawn. I was literally right where it'south marked in the map like in that screenshot and his hunting notification isn't popping up. The trigger definitely broke, so I reset challenge nine with a salve editor and I'thousand gonna redo information technology and that will probably fix information technology.
Y'all could have walked in there with Eagle Eye and institute the showtime inkling.
The bug is the detect doesn't flash up - but the clues and GioGargantuoMunchio are however there.

I did that for a solid xx minutes anyhow, only nah he definitely wasn't there because there were no clues even after making like 6 passes through the whole area.

Ah, I encounter you weren't using the Jericho patented large true cat hunting technique. I'll give you this tip for free.
Use your equus caballus like a radar dish. Ready your map to expanded, and keep an center out for your horse freaking out randomly in big true cat territory. If information technology does, you'll see the red dots on the map in time to know which direction they're coming from. Dead Heart and pop those suckers with a rifle in the dome. If you lot get bucked from your horse it'south okay, the big true cat tin't attack until you become up for some reason, and so you lot'll be safe for just long plenty to pull out your burglarize and shoot it foursquare in the face up.

If you get bucked from your horse it'southward okay, the big cat can't set on until you get upwards for some reason, so you'll exist prophylactic for just long enough to pull out your rifle and shoot it square in the face.

The problem with hunting from the ground is in that location'southward no margin for fault. If the beast pounces you, you're probably screwed. From your horse, you lot have a good bit of extra chance, because if you don't kill it in time, you lot'll at to the lowest degree be able to kill information technology afterwards getting bucked off, and if yous somehow miss or don't shoot information technology in time, yous then can as well throw information technology off and try in one case more. Mayhap a memory result every bit I had been running the game for several hours straight and that can cause scripts to fail due to memory leaks.
